This doesn't just supply you with pre-prepared meals or points to count, it actually teaches you what to eat to improve or maintain a healthy gut biome, and potentially lose weight at the same time. Definitely worth a go!

End of 3 week body reset This week with dinner out twice (with a few wines) a 3 day trip away (mega prepped) temptations of old habits(into which I didn’t cave), while playing board games and watching movies = snacks and a bottle of wine more, I made it out the otherside another 400gm down . Total loss for 3 weeks 1.6kg which ticks the 0.5 per week. Plus 3cm off waist, 3cm off tummy and 2cm off lower tummy (I didnt measure anything else) I also went back to the gym last Monday as 11 weeks post knee replacement surgery 2 sessions with PT, 4 yoga classes and 1 Pilates. ❤️ Very happy, so less bloated. Now to venture into the tribe, read it all, filled in my goals, shopping list complete, onward and downward .
