I decided to do the 3 week body reset because I wanted to lose some weight. Because this program is designed to help with inflammation I thought I would give it a go. I can’t comment on the latter because my condition is not run of the mill and I did have to quickly reduce the allowed calories per day to lose weight. What I loved about the program though is that there is a lot of support, 90 % of the recipes are really tasty and fit in with my general lifestyle anyway with some tweaks and additions such as protein powder, which is easy to manage. The BEST thing is that my sugar cravings are hugely reduced and with Bec’s Eat Cake Lose Weight eBook and healthy snack ideas it is so much easier to stick to

I am very impressed with this healthy eating program. The last day of my 3WBR and here is a quick summary of what has changed for me. - Weight is down 3.2kg - Sleep has improved - Body aches and pains have reduced. - Fluid retention has reduced. - Blood pressure is the lowest it has been for 8 or 9 years. - Not feeling hungry. - Better hydration. I did not realize at the start that there would be so many health benefits from this program besides losing weight. I want to keep it going now to live my best life. Thank you so much Bec, for all the work you have done and continue to do. Another life transformed.
