Bec’s 3 weeks Body Reset was just what I needed to bring me back to the basics I know regarding good health and managing weight. I dropped about 3kgs in the 3 weeks and eliminated unnecessary bad habits such as sugary snacks, daily mochas, high carb foods and unhealthy choices. I’m now continuing in the tribe for maintenance and more new ideas ☺️ Julie

I really was in a good place to start this diet plan, and followed the first week to a T. Losing 1.5 kg in that week alone. Unfortunately, I hadn't counted on a busy few weeks with celebrations and events. So didn't lose much more. But I did use the diet menu as a guide when I was out, and I felt I made the best choices offered to me. The health plan is easy to use, it works, and I plan to restart soon to continue my weight loss journey. I will say though. As much as my weight didn't really drop, cm's did. And I am now a dress/ jean size down..as I found out yesterday when purchasing new ones

I have been trying so hard to lose weight for 2-3 years now. I’ve always hovered 50kg but progressively gotten fatter and was hovering 62kg. I have physical work, and I love hiit/jog and I thought I ate pretty healthy. But no matter what I tried it was a huge struggle to even lose 1kg. I had a holiday planned, so for 3 months I lived like a monk and only lost 1kg. I even had my blood checked to see if I’m perimenopausal to see if that’s got something to do with it.(I wasn’t) I tried this 3 weeks detox because I know I was eating too much sugar and seriously addicted to snacking(even though I counted calories and thought I was keeping it 1400-1600 most days). I figured 3 weeks is such a short time, I’ll give this a go. Even if I don’t lose weight I’m going to gain so many recipes! Well, I ended up losing 3.3kg in 3 weeks! Unbelievable!!! On top of that, it made me re-evaluate my own diet and I realised how much empty calories I was consuming so regularly. I feel free from need to ‘snack’ in between every meals and I am hungry less often. It took my body couple of weeks to get used to being fueled differently, but I’m feeding it so much more veges and vitamins it feels great! The best part is, the Eat Cake recipes. I made chocolate brownies and Orange & Almond cake w frosting from it and they are amazing! So I still get to eat ‘treats’ while being ‘good’. The diet also set you up for a long term dietary change. It’s not about being 100% junk free. So even though I lost 3kg, I still had 2 x free meals a week where I ate pizza(you are suppose to keep them low carb… but I really wanted pizza). So it takes away that fear of putting all the weight back on if you ate a single meal of something naughty. Of course if I go back to the way I was eating, I’m sure I’ll put the weight back on, but that’s the point. This program helps you to really eat healthier and therefore live better. For life. Highly recommend!
