I recently completed the 3-week Health with Bec Reset and have lost 4.25kg! One of the most surprising things about it was not feeling hungry, particularly after the first week when my body had adjusted to the meals. It feels a bit overwhelming at the start, having to cook from scratch each night and follow new recipes, but you adjust quickly. The meals were nearly all very tasty, and it was easy for me to add more meat and cook some other vegetables for my son (so he didn't need a completely separate meal). I haven't joined the Tribe yet (although I intend to) but have instead chosen the meals I liked from the 3-weeks and put together my own plan and knowledge of what I've learned. Apart from weight loss, and less cravings/hunger, I also feel more confident and have started to wear some old clothes that are more figure-hugging. Thanks so much Bec, I'm really glad I joined!
