I chose to do Bec’s 3 WBR program twice consecutively to make sure I was ready to take the next step. And I am so glad I did. I was familiar with the recipes, still had a lot of the ingredients and knew how to swap some of the meals and still stay within my daily calorie intake. I am excited to say I am ready to join the tribe. The 3WBR gives you a great guide of the benefits you will gain from eating this way long term

I thought I knew quite a bit about nutrition, but there is so much more to know! Excellent, easy to follow program. The food is filling, delicious and easy to make with the bonus of learning and applying new principles as you go. My reward? More energy. Less kgs. Winning!! Thanks Bec and Team.

There results were fantastic. There is alot of reading and some of the meals didn’t suit me, but I just repeated what I liked and now I’ve got much less bloating and I’ve lost weight. I was happy with the program and will continue what I’ve learnt.
