Thank you Bec and team for a fabulous 3 week healthy eating plan. Extremely well planned out. The shopping list for each week and recipes being in order of the plan were lifesavers for a time poor, full time worker! You do need to make sure you leave time to review all the pre-work before you start the plan which can be overwhelming but extremely useful. I’ve truly “reset”

Health with Bec is an easy to follow meal plan. It takes the guess work out of low carb sugar free eating with recipes, shopping lists and macros done for you. Combined with Becs pod casts, it is easy to stay on track and keep motivated. Results follow and the support is fantastic.

This 3 week reset was exactly what I needed. The anti inflammatory meal plans were perfect, I enjoyed pretty much every meal (I’m a food lover and hate restrictive diets) and I’ve lost weight as well as calmed my stomach issues.
