The BEST thing Ive ever done for myself, the meal plans and preparation tips are so handy and the recipes are so easy to follow and they taste YUM! , even my partner is enjoying the meals, and its all true i havnt been hungry at all! So grateful for ALL the information, from podcasts, emails and facebook groups. This style of eating has done so much more than just lost kgs or cms. i feel 20 years younger :)
