This is a great plan and I am committed to it being anyway of life, not a diet. I feel good weight is down a little but overall I feel good - I have energy, not brain fog, very little hunger and no cravings. I did not stick to the plan 100% - I chose a number of meals that I enjoyed and rotated these as they were easy to prepare and didn't take a lot of thought or prior planning. I would definitely recommend this way of life to others.
