This has been the best experience. I pretty much did my own thing, based on Bec’s recipes and principles, as I am a wheelchair user and cooking is tricky. I have avoided gluten, and drastically reduced my sugar intake, and I feel SO much better. I even lost a few kg, and even though I haven’t weighed myself, I can see results in my clothes being looser, as I am so much less bloated. Thanks for the inspiration Bec!
