I recently completed the 3 week Body Reset. I was sceptical at first, as all other diets I have tried, I was left feeling hungry, and with little energy. Bec's meal plans and recipes are fantastic. They are quick, easy, and leave me feeling full and satisfied. My gut issues are gone, my joint pain is almost gone, and I have managed to lose 5kgs. I'm actually eating more food than I was before I started. This way of eating is definitely something I can stick to.
