I found the recipes and food really good and way to follow. As a retiree I found I didn't need to buy a weeks worth of food or do as much prepping as the working ladies. I don't eat 3 meals a day or snack. Bec's program is easy to adapt to your own lifestyle. I'm happy with my progress but I haven't weighed myself but I feel much better having less pain and inflammation. I intend to continue this journey using the meals from the 3 weeks.
