I've really loved participating in the Health with Bec programs. The 3 week body reset is amazing at resetting yourself, changing your perception of and relationship with food and making lifestyle changes. The recipes are simple in nature to follow, yet delicious enough to feel like you are not missing out on anything such as carbs or sweets. I'd highly recommend this program for someone who wants to change their lifestyle for the long term benefit!

The meal plan was easy to follow and the meals were tasty - my partner and I found this eating plan refreshing and whilst a lot more Time in the kitchen - the benefits to our wellbeing and how our bodies feel is totally worth it. We have continued with this style of eating as it has and continues to make us feel healthier and lighter.

I have just finished the 3 week reset and I'm 5kgs down and feel great. The food is delicious and the step by step support through my journey has been helpful and kept me on track. I have just signed up to the 'tribe' so looking forward to continuing my healthy habits and tasting more delicious recipes from Bec and her team. Thanks Bec and Team.
