Loved the program, I am 53yrs old and lost 2-3kg but the main thing was bloating disappeared and more energy so exercising alot more and feel really good. I am continuing with the basics and will see how I go on my own. Thank you Bec x

I had a great experience doing Bec’s 3 week body reset, I lost 3 kgs in 3 weeks and am pleased to say I didn’t eat sugar for 3 weeks and my sugar cravings are now gone!!! Bec’s meals are super tasty and healthy in an easy to follow format with shopping lists, meal plans and recipes literally spoon fed to you. You really do need to commit tho as Bec imparts lots of knowledge and information across the 3 weeks and I think you need to read/listen to it all to get the most out of the program. I love the way I feel now and am super grateful to Bec for creating and sharing such a clever program!

I loved this plan. I needed to lose a few tricky kilos, as well as get rid of wobbly belly fat, reduce bloating and increase my energy. I felt full the whole time, my insatiable cravings vanished and I loved it. If you're planning to do it, double-down and invest the time - any type of change is hard and the initial food prep can seem like a lot until you get used to a new way of thinking and eating. There's also fasting in the third week, which did not work for me at all - but that's OK because the plan is flexible and adaptable. This program helped me to make changes I had been needing to make for a long time - can't rate it highly enough.
