I have followed Bec and listened to her Podcasts for over a year. Over the years I have tried various diets and read so much I was struggling with so much conflicting information and my weight would not budge. I am gluten intolerant so decided to give the 3 week challenge a go and finally found the way of eating I should be doing. Low carbs, healthy fats, gluten free. My body loves it. I lost 3 kilo and another 500g in my first week of joining The Tribe. Also love the education of being able to have a couple meals out a week and enjoy a few alcoholic drinks with them. I have never felt deprived. I have another 7 kilo to lose and am confident this is the way to continue.
