Say the word "diet" and all I think about is food, "seafood and eat it." My sister started it and the results were amazing! So I started my journey. I am 8 weeks into it and have lost 5 kgs. I realized my portion sizes were too big, and when you start seeing results, you don't want to "fall off the wagon", so I don't crave any sweets, and I did have a sweet tooth.
