I have really loved doing Bec’s 3 week body reset. Although I didn’t initially do the reset to lose weight, I did it to gain a better understanding of nutrition and to strengthen my relationship with food. This plan has helped me do just that and I’m already feeling so much more energetic and excited to continue on with this health journey.

I’ve just finished the 3 week body reset. I found the food/recipes very nice & very filling. My husband ate the same meal at dinner time and liked them all. I have lost 2 kilograms, very happy with that. I have much less tummy upset and pain. My joint inflammation has reduced considerably. All round very pleased & plan to continue with the program.

I loved the 3WBR program and am currently doing it again as well as joining the Health with Bec Tribe. I do believe this is a lifestyle over a diet. I've had great results and feel more energetic, alert and positive in general. The meals are easy and flavourful, and with a little prep, I feel organised and in control of my meals.
