I didn't loose a lot of weight, but I did feel less join pain and bloating. The meals with the food guide really do help with inflammation and autoimmune problems. I wasn't as consistent as I could have been, but I'm only human lol. I will continue my journey with the knowledge you have given me. Finding what I like and what worked for me was fun and a bit of an adventure ☺️
