I had not been into Simple Cycles before; I usually go to Giant out of habit. Giant was closed and I stopped by. I was so impressed by the fantastic level of service I received. Everyone was smiling and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I was greeted immediately and had both my problems solved straight away; new cleats and a quick wheel realignment. The mechanic Dan really knows his stuff. He recommended I convert my fork from the standard 140mm to 150mm on my Fuel Ex for Wollongong riding and it is brilliant! It has made such a difference to the handling. Simple also gave me a very good deal on the conversion. Very happy customer.

Awesome customer service. They made me feel welcome at the store, like a second home. No request was too difficult and I didn't feel uncomfortable asking for anything. Took the time to explain what I needed and the benefits. Were willing to offer parts off their own bike to get me on the road sooner. I didn't have to install one accessory, everything was fitted free of charge. I made changes to what I wanted after the bike was built and those changes were made without any issues. Trek's warranties and lifetime guarantees for the original owner are amazing. Gives me confidence in buying Trek/Bontrager products new instead of second hand.

The service is impeccable, they always have time to check and fix an extra bike even though they are very busy and they always listen. Explaining the issues directly to the person who then checks your bike is the way to go. No leave the bike with us and job sheet nonsense. Love the personal touch :)
