The service is impeccable, they always have time to check and fix an extra bike even though they are very busy and they always listen. Explaining the issues directly to the person who then checks your bike is the way to go. No leave the bike with us and job sheet nonsense. Love the personal touch :)

We were in the Gong and had my daughter’s bike in the car which had flat tyres and thought I’ll pop in while I’m here. Was served by a really nice staff who fixed our bike on the spot and refused to charge us for the service so I bought a front basket anyway. Had really cool merchandises such as different types of bikes and some that look like they were designed by NASA !! will be back for sure for my new bike !!

The shop is clean and easy to navigate, especially when the staff are there to enthusiastically assist. One of the best experiences I have had at a shop in Wollongong for the 26 years I have lived here. Their service is "down to earth", which is rare to see in retail today. Since I've bought my bike (through gumtree) I had to attend Simple Cycles three times for different reasons but every time wasn't a reason to be angry at the situation because David and his team made my situation a "beautiful moment" out of it.
I could not be more emphatic about this but they sure can make you feel happy coming out of the store after your bike had a problem or a failure. Beautiful energy, wonderful treatment and if something happens to any of you (hopefully not soon) I COMPLETELY recommend you to attend Simple Cycles.
