On a Sydney Wollongong ride my rear cluster came loose. We waited till 9am for the store to open. It opened on the dot of 9. The gentleman that served us was fantastic. He noticed a misaligned rear derailleur and did a perfect repair. If I was in Wollongong this would be my only bike store.
I also watched them helping out a new child rider with trying out bikes in the store. It was obvious they are passionate and care about their customers and really want to help out.
Can't thank you enough. More bike shops should be as professional and caring as this one! (and pricing was great too)
