Purchasing my bike from your store (Trek Wollongong) could not have been any better. I drove and hour amd 20 minutes and it was worth it. The service I received from Jake was probably one of the best sales experiences I have had. Getting the bike was great, but the experience was made better by Jake. I really appreciate the fact that you can still get great people working in retail that are enthusiastic and knowledgeable. It doesn't happen often. Getting a thank you for purchasing the bike from one of the Trek executives was also terrific, he didn't have to do that, to acknowledge my purchase was a very nice gesture. Ryan and Jessica (owners) will make it worth your while in the shop. Super helpful, always on the ground to look after you. We were there for the UCI event and they did everything to make sure our bikes are race ready and were packed in time for the travel back home. The prices in the shop are competitive and if not they will make sure you leave the shop with a big smile. I wish they had some presence in the UAE. If you are out for bike shopping or some maintenance consider a visit. Their mechanics are well trained and passionate in what they do. They easily managed one of our complex bike’s issues which others gave up on.

As part of the WA team that went to the junior nationals, my son crashed late Wednesday afternoon and needed urgent repairs to his bike before the next race the following morning. The team at Trek Wollongong worked late into the night to ensure my sons bike was ready and not just ready but better!
