Work done on my bike has been of a very high quality and the assistance in choosing a new helmet was meet with a very high level of customer service. The team as a whole are very friendly and it shows in the atmosphere in the store. These guys are the best! We needed repairs for our 17yo son's bike done relatively quickly (he uses it to get to and from his job) and had been told by another bike shop that they couldn't fit us in for at least 3 weeks. The staff at Trek Wollongong (previously Simple Cycles) were so accommodating that they did the repair on the spot with us looking on and giving the yay or nay on what needed to be done and I know that we would have paid much more at the other place. I like the value for money and the better option of products in the store. For example I searched for a new seat online. In store I was offered a better product for a better price. My butt is not complaining about memory foam.
