I had issues with my bike brakes so went here to get them fixed. The communication was a bit lacking, but the overall outcome of fixing the issue, plus a bunch of other issues (including how my front wheel would bend slightly while breaking) at the same time. Would happily recommend.

Always good follow up throughout the process with options well discussed and clarified before going ahead. Recently purchased a FX Sports from the shop, David, Nick and other members of the team have gone well beyond my expectation in getting the bike fit right, even to the point of changing the frame size. For an older rider this level of support is so much appreciated. The bike is great, the customer support is fantastic.

Great experience all around. Steve was great in helping me choose a road bike - he listened to what I was looking for and recommended a bike that was suitable for my needs, even if it had to be shipped from another store! The new old stock Emonda was not only a great bike recommendation, it also saved me quite a bit of money compared to the new season offerings.
The bike has been great and the aftercare even better, and I got great help from Aaron with some minor adjustments to the rear derailleur.
Trek Wollongong is definitely worth stopping by if you're looking for great bikes and great bike advice!
