I like that MyWorks Sync syncs Xero transactions securely and correctly. It's trusted and there's no scam like with other websites. I also appreciate that it saves money from hackers. The integration provides insights after entering details in Xero, and setting it up is straightforward, especially since there's no need for KYC when signing up with Gmail.

MyWorks has been a lifesaver when it comes to importing ALL data from Shopify into Quickbooks Online. They respond quickly to email support requests, their customer service team is knowledgeable and always willing to tackle the issue, no matter if it pertains to sales tax sync, purchase orders entered on a third party app, or partial return receipts straight from Shopify. If something does not sync correctly, they have been very helpful in getting the issue resolved in a timely manner. Definitely recommend over "free" apps that end up costing time!

So far, I have had experts from QuickBooks who could not make MyWorks connector to work. It used to work on our QB 2017 Desktop but does not on QB 2024. Once MyWorks tech jumped in, they got it fixed right away.

We looked at going zapier and other connectors but this has so many built in features that this is a best cost savings than all the other connectors we have looked at.
Setup is fairly straight forward, but the service team is right there to help answer any questions you may have.
I highly recommend you give this app a try.

I switched to MyWorks from another similar but more expensive provider. The fact that this option integrates into my Shopify dashboard and I can control the frequency of the auto-sync is great. The MyWorks team was very patient and helpful in setting up the software and mapping between the two programs. So far so good!

After spending several days testing two other integration apps, this was the first solution that worked properly for our Shopify to QuickBooks Online setup. The integration was straightforward to configure, and key areas like tax mapping, discounts, and order-level behavior were easy to understand and control. Taxes mapped cleanly into QBO, discounts posted correctly at the order level, and transactions flowed through exactly as expected. Inventory and product data also sync cleanly and can be scheduled as frequently as needed.

We use shopify as our main ERP and QBO as our accounting system. Since we implemented both platforms, we have been looking for a connector. After comparing different solutions, we went with myworks because they covered most of our requirements. We knew we would have gaps when going live but the team at myworks (especially Peter), took the time to listen to our requirements and was able to implement all of them. He was prompt in answering when we needed and we are now proud to say that the app does everything we need it to do. Honestly, solid product.
