Pretty much as the title says. We have a very particular situation that requires a highly customizable integration, which Myworks fulfills to a T. What's more, 2 or 3 times there have been problems, and within a few weeks I found or was informed of changes made to the software that solved the problem. The response time turnaround to my many questions has usually been an hour or less. Really excellent support.

We have a few more specific needs in our business that we struggled to meet with other tools (we previously used Snyder). What made us consider Myworks was the ability to map collections to a class, which has been a real life-saver for our business. We ultimately decided to switch to MyWorks after trying it and haven’t looked back. That’s just one of many advanced features which have made it really easy for us to adapt the sync to exactly what we need. Recommend Myworks for businesses like ours that need higher level of mapping control and more customization.

Aside from the fact that it saves time in entering orders- the customer service has always been great and timely. Set up is user friendly, and it integrates almost seamlessly.

MyWorks has significantly improved our e-commerce processes. Does exactly what it’s supposed to, and does it very well! We were able to setup and start syncing fairly quickly, and the support team has been very accommodating in addressing all the questions we had.

I don't even remember I am using the software besides renewal time :) It does what is supposed to, easy use. If I need to contact customer support, they are very prompt with answers and knowledgeable. To undecided, I cannot imagine not having the software and entering everything manually. With a growing business, manual entry would be impossible. We keep getting orders all day long, so use we do put the software to work and make sure it's worth every penny :) It couldn't be better for my needs. It's great as it is and please don't change it. As my business has been growing fast, I wouldn't have time to enter all invoices manually. I cannot imagine running my business without the software.

Big time saver! MyWork has made managing our finances much easier. The support team's assistance has been invaluable in setting up and tailoring the integration to what we need. The interface is quite intuitive, there wasn’t much of a learning curve for us when we started. The setup call really set us up for success.

I was needing a link to get live inventory from Shopify to QuickBooks for more accurate P&L statements. After trying a couple of different apps I landed on MyWorks. The customer service has been great. There was an issue unrelated to their app with migrating products over to QuickBooks. David took many hours to help me work through and figure out what was causing the error, even with it being a QuickBooks error. He has stayed in touch and offered more support, even with this not being a MyWorks issue. It has instilled a sense of confidence going forward if any issues arise there will be a helpful support team waiting.

Easy way to connect WooCommerce to Xero (or other accountancy software). We can now use WooCommerce for delivery / stock / orders, and Xero for invoices and statements. Customer support fast and answers the problem. Transferring orders on WooCommerce to Xero. We can now use Xero to send invoices or statements to customers. Xero allows attachments of invoices to emails and direct links to Stripe for payments.

The customer service is top notch. There was an issue with migrating products over to QuickBooks that was unrelated to the MyWorks app. The team has been very reponsive and helpful even when it was determined not to be an issue on their end. The app is very user-friendly and intuitive. I have zero complaints about the app. Everything has worked as needed. I have switched away from using the Shopify app to connect with QuickBooks and will only be using MyWorks going forward. I am using MyWorks mostly to get inventory into QuickBooks for more accurate P&L reports for my business partners. I will also use it for order tracking and cost management going forward.

MyWorks Sync automatically syncs my orders from my WooCommerce sites to my QuickBooks Desktop. This saves so much time re-entering orders and applying payment. It also syncs my inventory and customer accounts so I can have live inventory that updates as often as I'd like There are no issues at all with the software. The only downside is the yearly price but it is well worth every penny. Especially with the insanely fast customer support MyWorks is solving the issue of wasting time re-entering an order or payment that is already completed. This allows me to spend more time doing other things that can help my business grow

There are a ton of options to initially wade through, but that gives lots of flexibility. And once it is set up to your liking, it just works. When there have been occasional issues, tech support has been quick to respond. And usually it's just a setting that I couldn't find. Saves a TON of time each month over manually inputting our transactions into QuickBooks Online. The process is still a little bit manual, but we're gradually working out how to streamline that more.

Easy to install, setup and use (very plug and play). Great customization options and varied settings. Superb customer service. A seamless sync plugin for my WP/WC site and QuickBooks Online account. Worked right and easy from first activation, and never any issues in functionality. Customization on options allow for syncing of orders and customers that makes the most sense for your needs and QuickBooks setup. Couldn't be happier I found this!

No QuickBooks seat is required and the customer service is spectacular. It's hard to make QuickBooks simple, but they still do their best and solve problems fast! What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync? I think any and all issues are more due to QuickBooks being complicated. We are able to utilize inventory counts in ONE place (QuickBooks) and push everywhere else. Also, syncing customers and orders minimizes the grunt work.

Overall: My experience with MyWorks has been extremely positive and their customer service is fantastic! Pros: I enjoy the time savings that MyWorks provides. Cons: Minor incompatibility with a third-party payment gateway. However, the support team fixed it very quickly.
