For years my company had to manually enter ecommerce orders by hand into QuickBooks. We tried a few years ago to implement a sync function with another product, and it failed miserably. It's been difficult every year, especially in fourth quarter, when volume (and manual entry) goes up. And this year was going to be even worse, since so many more people are buying online due to the pandemic. I was very concerned and started looking for an answer - hopefully something new had hit the market. And then I found MyWorks. It was literally the best solution I could have ever hoped for. The video tutorial was excellent and allowed me to do what was needed on my end. The software itself works as advertised, seamlessly syncing orders into our QB. The tech service people are patient and helpful, and the customer service people really do want to provide great service. I even needed some custom programming to be done to sync some of my custom order information, and the MyWorks folks did an outstand
