This plugin and service has been more than amazing. Quickbooks is complicated and these guys not only provide the best support I can possibly ask for, but they have helped me with more than their fair share of Quickbooks issues. They are always quick to help and very friendly. I wish I had found them a long time ago. Thank you!

We subscribed to MyWorks a mere week before one of the largest sales of our year. The customer support team was excellent! The documentation for new users to set up MyWorks was very clear and simple to understand. The customer service was excellent ranging from Peter (who met with us over multiple Zoom calls to troubleshoot), David (who replied to countless emails), and the rest of the dev team for working to make tweaks to MyWorks so that it worked with our business. The sale came… and MyWorks handled it like a champ! Thank you so much guys and gals! 😀

Our WooCommerce store has some complex products (simple, variable, bundled and more). The unique ways we needed to sync and categorize was able to be setup with the help of support. You can schedule a screen share call as needed for support and they’ll walk you through the various pages if you can’t figure it out with the available documentation.Support has been great, checking in early and always available.Man, this plugin saves us a ton of time dealing with thousands of products.Great job MyWorks team, thanks!

One thing that I really like about MyWorks is they seem to be the only Woo to QuickBooks sync plugin with a free plan. This allowed us to try things out over a couple months to make sure the sync was working the way we expected it to.We initially had some difficulty getting all of our WooCommerce products to map properly, but MyWork’s customer service team was very helpful and responsive- even though we were on the free plan at that time! We were able to get everything figured out fairly easily after speaking with their technical support and now everything runs perfectly with no maintenance or interaction required.We are now using the paid “Grow” plan and everything is working seamlessly. This obviously saves me a ton of time on accounting and makes the service that MyWorks provides well worth the money. My thanks to the team at MyWorks for a great service!!

Thank you for a great integration plug in and amazing customer support. Brenda & Sol have been very helpful in consistently following up on my syncing process from WooCommerce and QBO after we purchased the plugin. All the document and video links are readily available online and via emails from Brenda and Sol. Peter was very knowledgeable and patient in helping me set up the appropriate sync mapping and settings to address our specific needs. All my questions were also answered completely. Thank you again for the amazing product and work that you do to make our work life much easier.

WOW ~ this is the best integration out there! We are saving hours & hours/month on manual inputs. This syncs our Woo Commerce & Quickbooks perfectly even with our inventory management system SOS thrown in the mix. Customer Service is THE BEST!!!!!

I have found the MySync functionality to be very easy to use and it has saved me a LOT of time! It has definitely been worth the extra cost so far and that is before I have had a lot of sales that I would have had to enter in multiple locations to keep my inventory accurate.

For years my company had to manually enter ecommerce orders by hand into QuickBooks. We tried a few years ago to implement a sync function with another product, and it failed miserably. It's been difficult every year, especially in fourth quarter, when volume (and manual entry) goes up. And this year was going to be even worse, since so many more people are buying online due to the pandemic. I was very concerned and started looking for an answer - hopefully something new had hit the market. And then I found MyWorks. It was literally the best solution I could have ever hoped for. The video tutorial was excellent and allowed me to do what was needed on my end. The software itself works as advertised, seamlessly syncing orders into our QB. The tech service people are patient and helpful, and the customer service people really do want to provide great service. I even needed some custom programming to be done to sync some of my custom order information, and the MyWorks folks did an outstand

I have used many different syncing systems for all sorts of software, as part of my IT job is to evaluate software. The solution by myworks is definitely top notch. I have tested it with both Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online. There is a small amount of configuration required, which is important to take your time with. After that, there is very little to no babysitting required. It works as advertised and works well.

We started using MyWorks a couple of months ago and we love the real time sync. The support is incredible! I have not worked with a company that has had this kind of support in all the years I have been running my company. I would highly recommend this app!

we switched from magento to WP and are using Myworks to integrate WooCommerce to QB – we hit a couple of bumps in the road but their support team was very responsive and helped smooth things out multiple times. It is now running great and data is flowing nicely.The backend is easy to configure and mapping is easy. There is a log that is easy to understand to see what exactly is happening.I would recommend MyWorks for your integration.
