The answer to our prayers! I just recently moved my e-commerce site from WooCommerce to Shopify, and we were really happy with MyWorks as the sync between Woo and QBO. I was looking for a sync tool for Shopify to QBO but kept finding that available apps had a lot of limitations. Then I learned MyWorks was launching their solution for Shopify, and my team was thrilled! Set up was SO easy and hand-held the entire way by our amazing rep, Peter. He is always available to us for questions and troubleshooting, and follows up on open items really timely. Cannot sing enough praise about MyWorks and their support team!

What do you like best about MyWorks Sync? Incredible robust 2-way sync from WooCommerce to QuickBooks Online. I've referred / helped implement the software for 2 clients so far, and it's been a game changer for both of them. Effortless to use, easy to implement (with great customer service). I've helped implement MyWorks for clients using a WooCommerce-based web store for sales and QuickBooks Online for their bookkeeping. MyWorks means there's virtually zero manual entry, zero duplication, and maximum information flow between both platforms. E.g. there's even a single item list that is shared between the two, with no chance of mismatch. I've worked with other QBO integrations and have generally been disappointed with their syncs compared with MyWorks.

Really satisfied withteh API and the level of support we have received to date. This is very helpful to our buiness and os a smooth intergation. We tried Zapier & Pabbly and it didnt work for us. This does the best job!

We recently transitioned from WooCommerce to Shopify and we were really happy we could continue using MyWorks to sync our store with accounting. We’ve used other tools in the past but nothing comes close to the level of control and flexibility we get with MyWorks. The app syncs all our data and gives us peace of mind that our books are correct. We love how quick and easy it is to map multiple Shopify variations to one QuickBooks product and automatically sync new products as we add them to Shopify. The best bit is probably being able to manage our inventory completely in QuickBooks, that has saved us a ton of time! Our business is much more efficient thanks to this app, fully recommend!

The Dainty Dinner
Finally - a sync with QuickBooks that actually does what I need! I've been so happy with MyWorks, and the amazing support has been just the icing on the cake. I'm so impressed with the attention to detail and how much control I have over what syncs with QuickBooks - like mapping my products and variations however I need to, syncing some orders to a single QuickBooks customer, and how the automatic sync just works so quickly (which is always important for inventory). I have some custom data that I need to have shown in the QuickBooks Sales Receipt, and the custom field mappings were able to bring that over perfectly for me. THANK YOU!!

"Fantastic software with EVEN BETTER customer service and technical support!!!" Overall: One year since publicly launching out ecommerce store, and now our customers have been orders for some of the smaller items without tying up our sales teams on the phone for small orders of replacement parts! Pros: We truly appreciate the way in which technical support is able to thoroughly understand the issues that we bring up, and have always provided well-informed solutions with great results. Cons: There was definitely a bit of a learning curve to get everything up and running, but MyWorks has fantastic resources for learning about how things work. Whether that is youtube videos, correspondence with tech support, or even the information explanations when navigating the MyWorks tab of our WooCommerce store. At the end of the day, it was about as intuitive as a complicated thing such as this could possibly be!

"Software is one thing. Support is another." What do you like best about MyWorks Sync? Since I do not come from or have experience as having anything to do with websites and softwares...the MOST helpful thing MyWorks offers are thorough documentation and videos that have answered 90% of our questions in total. In those few cases we still had questions or a specific request, MyWorks has come through strong with help via chat and email. Initial integration was fairly straightforward (thanks to video demo!). In specific areas were looking for or had issues with, they were extremely responsive and respectful and had a solution within hours of reaching out directly. And if neccessary, they asked we run a test order and make sure the solution was working. Call it old school, but I prefer communicating with a human to resolve an issue. We really like that they explain the issue and solution to help us understand how the software works and our team has always learned something more because of it. There are a lot of options to customize and adapt to what our business needed, which is comforting to know that we aren't stuck to a system. We use this everyday of the work week. All departments (especially accounting) are extremely happy and impressed with the integration of MyWorks to our process! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Alternatives Considered: Synder Reasons for Choosing MyWorks Sync: MyWorks has stories on their site about other companies having success using MyWorks. One of the companies was a gun shop in Canada. This meant a lot to us since we are manufacturer in the firearms industry.

Overall: MyWorks offers amazing and speedy customer support. No waiting around days for a reply. We have been working with MyWorks for a long time and couldn't be happier. 10 Stars! Pros: Easy syncing between our website and Accounting System. Cons: Sometimes it's difficult to find certain things in the backend as you there is a lot of information to go through.

I work for a WordPress development company and one of our clients needed some pretty specific Quickbooks integrations with WooCommerce. We decided it’d be best to outsource that with a team who can claim to be QuickBooks experts (we know enough to be dangerous, but that’s about it). After trying others who weren’t helpful in getting things up and running, we thankfully came across MyWorks and have been super pleased with their product and service. We’ve been working with Peter who has done so much answering questions, helping the client directly, jumping on multiple setup calls to make sure everything is in place. They also were able to help out with some custom development services that made things work even smoother. I absolutely recommend MyWorks to anyone who’s looking to sync up WooCommerce with QuickBooks. Awesome stuff!

"Works great, user friendly, great support staff" What do you like best about MyWorks Sync? This has saved me countless hours migrating our extensive catalog to Quickbooks.
