They’re support is on point. They answered questions fast. They have loads of support documentation. They also reached out to me to see if I needed any assistance setting it up with my website. It was not required because was easy to setup. But to me, that personal touch set them apart from other developers.

I love having the MyWorks application do the posting work for me so that I am free to do other things. When I first began using this product there were a couple of learning curve issues. The support staff is incredibly fast with help, they make it so easy to understand, and then follow up to make sure it's still going well. I wish I'd starting using this years ago. I save hours every week.

This was the exact plugin that we were looking for to sync WooCoomerce with our Quickbooks Enterprise account. It keeps inventory and pricing synced between all of our websites and Quickbooks, which is great for having that one central place to edit the info.It was very easy to setup, but we didn’t run into a few errors before we got everything running 100% as we wanted. Whether it was their sales reps or official ticketed support, responses were always quick, thorough, and patient in wanting to make sure whatever configuration problem we were having was 100% resolved. If you’re looking for a partner to help greatly simplify your life and give you some peace of mind with this process, you can’t do better.

I am a small business owner in Nigeria and this software literally takes days of my entire bookkeeping! The amount of time it saves me is totally worth the investment. My favorite two things about it? I have my entire operation professionally accounted for It's very user friendly, and when you do get stuck, ( Like I did a couple of times, being a non-accountant) There is a ton of information online to help and They have very willing staff to work you through it. Love It!

Like many small business owners that run WooCommerce I have been spending countless hours manually entering transactions into quickbooks. I have tried other integrations but they only handle basic transactions and really don't provide a complete solution. However, MyWorks' solution is the bomb! Everything is now completely automated. There's a bit of a learning curve and setup took the better part of one day. Nonetheless, it was a small price to pay for the amount of time this plugin is saving me. Highly recommend this integration for anyone running both WooCommerce and quickbooks!

We were eyeing this plugin for awhile as we use a Woocommerce/Quickbooks setup but we wanted to clean up a lot of our backend first. During this time, we had to manually create each invoice and maintain our books through this extremely tedious method.At the beginning of the month, we officially installed and activated this plugin and wow! It has saved our accounting team so much time and makes everything much cleaner!We’re super happy with how quick and fairly easy the installation was. It definitely takes some time if you have a history of orders already to map your customers and products but once you have it set, it’s amazing!Finally, I recommend every admin sign up for a daily log just to monitor and keep an eye on any concerns. We found several duplicate customers in our Quickbooks account thanks to this daily log!

I am so glad that we started using MyWorks. Just a little while ago, we found out that the woocommerce and QB online were not syncing properly. That means our inventory was all messed up. Then, we were looking for a great Plug-in to solve all the problems we had. Then, we encountered MyWorks. Not only start syncing them, MyWorks allowed me to go back to the past transactions to sync it as well. It is amazing! MyWorks took away a lot of the burden on our shoulder. And great customer service. Fast response. Thank you so much!!

I built a Woocommerce site for my client. We were struggling with the integration between Quickbooks enterprise (not online). When we found this tool, it just worked. What's even better is their team is extremely helpful, we had silly questions (now I think about it), they were very patient and answered. I would recommend this 100%!!!

With a new company and orders coming in like crazy we would have had to manually put them in at end of month while pulling our hair out. This software its a huge time saver allowing us to stay organized and connected to our sales! Customer service walked us through getting all the settings right so now all we have to do is match the transactions and we are good to go!

Having neglected a year's worth of orders, I needed a solution that would not be complicated to implement. I was able to catch up within two weeks. The staff was responsive and patient and helped me to understand how to configure and resolve issues in syncing. For a small business owner this was a huge relief.

This is by far the best software I have found to sync WooCommerce to QuickBooks. It even syncs refunds! (Gasp! This is not normal of other syncing softwares) Once you get your settings correct, the software works like a dream and their customer service is pretty fantastic. They fix issues quickly and rarely need any additional information once the ticket has been submitted. I would recommend this software to anyone. Little tip: have your accountant help you set up the sync before you run it! QuickBooks can be a little tricky when it comes to sales tax and shipping fee settings.

MyWorks Sync for Quickbooks desktop is a very well design product. This plugin has saved me not only significant hours of data entry for invoice creation but also streamlined invoice creation without any errors. The support team at Myworks was very responsive to all my questions and resolved all the the exception scenarios I had identified. I will be installing this plugin on my other woo-commerce front-end websites as well to simplify the workflow and create consistent invoices. Well done in designing a product that meets the needs of a small business owner. Simple and easy to use!

The people at MYWORKS are great. Very helpful and informative. I am having a bit of trouble setting it up, accountant not web developer, however with the help of Brenda I am making steady progress and I am excited to have the plug in work fully. Currently we have portions of it up and running and it is saving a great deal of time, I can only imagine how excited we will be when it is fully operational. I am a bit bummed that we didn’t know about MYWORK earlier…

My Works sync has saved us roughly 20 hours of data entry per week in about 5 hours of set up and configuration. If that isn’t worth the monthly fee then I’m not sure what is. On top of that, customer service has been fantastic! Always a response on the same day.

We recently added this plug in to sync all our customer orders into QB. I was amazed at how easy installation and set up was. There were a few kinks in which I required extra help. Their document support was very informative and customer service was quick to respond.This plug-in has reduced my time in QB thus allowing me to work on other areas of the business. I am very pleased with it. Would def recommend MyWorks for businesses who use Woocommerce and Quickbook!!

This plugin has been a huge time saver for our accounting and tracking needs. After a pretty quick setup, it syncs seamlessly with QuickBooks, allowing me to spend more time on the business rather than coding transactions. I used the free version for a short time to make sure it worked and quickly realized how useful this was. It’s worth every penny of the monthly fee to save me hours of time each month and give me accurate data up to date!I haven’t needed additional support outside of the setup tutorials, but I was impressed with the follow ups from the MyWorks to make sure things were going smoothly. That speaks volumes to new customers!

This app has been a tremendous help with syncing our web data to QBO. It's not simple to get all the settings/mappings correct, but fortunately their support staff is knowledgeable and quick to respond.
