This app has been a game changer for our business! Our accountant loves it because they can spend half the time they normally do on our books - our admin team loves it because they no longer have to manually enter ANYTHING - from customers to orders to inventory changes, it all just works!!And, the support has been phenomenal! The support team over ticket has been super responsive, and especially with all this COVID stuff going on, I'm impressed they've been able to keep up. We had a setup call as well - which even though it took a few days in advance to book, it's undestandable that everything is a bit pushed back now.

Running a 20 year old local retail I.T. shop we have about 700 sku's and have a customer base that really wanted e-commerce. Quickbooks desktop is our choice for brick and mortar inventory system. Boom I.T. really needed to push this online (showing inventory with current pricing) and systematically pull in sales and refunds from the site. We did our due diligence and checked out other Quickbooks Desktop sync products. They were cheaper, offered little support and the feature sets were pretty limited. After limited trials we discovered we needed something more. When we contacted MyWorks, our questions were answered immediately. A subsequent demo confirmed most features on our wish list were covered (the site lays it out pretty well). WooCommerce became our store platform. Hindsight is 20/20 and I think we should have skipped right over the alternatives. Annual cost delta from alternatives to MyWorks is about $500/y which is easily spent retailing in brick and mortar. I am using MyWorks on a fairly low volume client and I wasn't sure it would be worth the cost, but the sync with QB Desktop saves me several hours a week in data entry. It is definitely worth it. Thanks.

The MyWorks program works fantastic to sync our woocommerce store with Quickbooks desktop…no more manually entering orders in QB, just run the sync once a day and it’s all there. Saves tons of time for our Admin staff. Support from MyWorks was great to work with and easily walked us through the setup with a 1 hour free call.

I was looking for a good integration between my Woocommerce e-shop and ERP. I found this great plugin that had a 100% integration option because Zapier just had some integrations that needed lots of customization.Other plugins just had partial integrations: only clients, or purchases… but MyWorks Software had full integration with inventory, clients, products, all of it in real-time without doing anything after setting.. so I decided to use it a couple of months ago and we are so happy with the results… now we can use our time in selling instead of capturing data… The setting up was very easy; I made it by myself (I have advanced knowledge in CRMS, ERPS and CMS). Maybe someone with less knowledge using WordPress or Woocommerce and Quickbooks may need more assistance, anyway customer service in MyWorks really cares about clients using MyWorks Software and will support anyone.Really recomend this plugin, 3-4 days of understanding-integrating, and you are done… no more c

Very professional product for syncing WooCommerce to Quickbooks online! Inventory push from QBO is a lifesaver! All the options we needed are included and then some. Customer service is fantastic- on-boarding / training call, follow ups, and support. It truly saved us dozens of hours per month in manual data entry.

I've tried a few different integrations trying to get orders from WooCommerce to sync with QBO, but a lot of them had entries that were going to wrong places and in the end forced me to manually make changes. MyWorks solved that problem and fully automated this process for my company! The set up only took 1-2 hours and was ready to go by the end of the day.

“Excellent integration with WooCommerce”Overall: Accounting answers are available faster with fewer steps, with Woo activity recorded in real time, replacing exporting and filtering of Woo csv reports. Big improvement.Pros: Most outstanding are the clear, clean interface with WooCommerce, the number of options, and the smooth functionality. Partnering Woo, MyWorks, and Quick Books Online makes each product better. Technical support is superb, thorough and attentive until the problem is solved.Cons: My accountant and I had minor questions getting the system up and running, easily solved with the help of tech support.

As a small start-up I’m looking for he following and find that MyWorks Sync is a great business which is always willing to assist is customers.Support: very good. I have found this support to be very quick and efficient and always willing to assist.Functionality: very good. Live stock updates and mapping works well.Reliability: seems to work well too.Price: slightly on the higher side compared to QB and other software we use.
