We've been in business for over 10 years and I can't believe we've just now found this software! We've tried at least 3 other integrations over the past few years and they've just never worked how they needed to, or needed constant babysitting or resolving issues. MyWorks Sync was easy to set up, had so many settings that we didn't even know we needed, and anytime we had a setup question, their support was quick to respond! Love it!! And, it's been working with no issues - there's nothing we've had to do after we finished setting up!BONUS: We did notice a slowdown in our admin after we activated it, even after using their Queue Sync mode, which they recommend over immediate sync, which they said can slow your site down if your hosting account doesn't have the resources. We contacted their support about this and they helped point out the super low memory limit on our site, which once our web developer raised, our site is now running faster than ever!!! We love th

I am a web designer and chose MyWorks to integrate my client’s WooCommerce Store to his Quickbooks in order to save him on admin time. After the first month he sent me a huge thank you text. He mentioned he thought he had been doing less business, because he wasn’t working as much. Well, turns out…his business had actually increased, he was just saving himself 8 hours per week of admin due to MyWorks. Amazing!Highly highly recommend this software, not only for its time saving capabilities, but largely due to it’s support. Using a new software can be intimidating, but the support team was so quick to get back to me and answer any and all of my questions. And Sol, the Sales and Marketing gal, is a dream! So sweet and willing to go above and beyond for you with any questions you may have. She can even help you set up a free set-up call with the support team to assist you with the entire set-up process. How neat is that!?Love this software.

I recently had to install and configure this plugin for a client to sync WordPress with QuickBooks. Unfortunately it was just after the 1.9 release and it immediately broke the site. I found the support guys to be fantastic in resolving this matter (I highly suspect the 1.9.1 and 1.9.2 releases were due to feedback I gave them) and when I ran into the snag with the configuration afterwards they were only too happy to help. Everything is now running perfectly and the client is delighted. Highly recommend this plugin!

Myworks is the first software, that actually solves my problems and actually does what they say it will. It works great with QB online and has been a huge time saver. Their customer service is excellent and they have shown me how to manage our QB online even more easily. I started this software as a trial to see if it actually worked and now I have it on 2 of our non-profits and will be incorporating it on a 3rd.

The team at MyWorks Software are simply the best. No matter what time of day or night an error is encountered, they are ready, willing and able to support you. We have had no issues with their software but a few nuances with our merchant services provider sometimes creates a little hiccup. We have never waited longer than 10-15 minutes for a response to any question or challenge we have encountered.Totally recommend the software and the team!

Tough start for me, i think because i’m new to accounting and having just started my new business. I had trouble understanding how to set things up, get syncing up and running, setting up taxes etc. But after the best support hands down, they guided me step by step to reach the holy land. I can say i now have a fully functional ecom site that is syncing with QB online. Super happy.

“works great... had a few hiccups”Overall: AWESOME support!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great attempt at simplicity in UI, but it did have quirks for me initially. In the end it all works. and that's all that counts.Pros: Works as suggested once it was up and running, but initially it can appear confusing from a new business owner who doe not have active sales to sync.. (how do you know it works if nothing is happening). All I'm saying is that help guide new owners with say, dummy data to process to get him/her familiar.Cons: The daily email sync archive is bit confusing in lingo... simply better format or simply language might help. So logs say 0 items synched. The other regular one has actuals. That is confusing.

“Great Tools”Overall: Great experience.Pros: The software is super easy to use. There is a free version which is great, and with options to upgrade and reasonable pricing.Cons: Requires some technical knowledge for setup, but to nothing too difficult.
