We use MyWorks software for all 4 of our websites to sync to quickbooks. Set up was quick and easy, any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. Great software.

Tech support was excellent in getting our QB Desktop synced as a new customer. As someone with limited tech savvy, it was difficult to rely on asking for support via ticket, rather than a person, but all was handled in a timely and efficient manner. Documentation and videos are helpful, even more so now that we are established.

My experience to-date with MyWorks has been great! Easy to set up, figure out, and let do its thing between Woo and QB. Support staff also very friendly and responsive. I recommend this product!

I had tried three different interfaces to get data into quickbooks from my WooCommerce store and all three had their own challenges. From bad tax data (rounding), to not being able to break out Stripe fees automatically, to the complexity in setting up the features I wanted without making it a full time job.Once I started to configure things in MyWorks, I just knew it was going to work. Everything was intuitive and just worked. I was able to configure it and just let it run! That is the way it is supposed to be with software. I could not be more pleased with this interface!

I tried umpteen services to get QBO to sync with Woo commerce. My works is seemless and works perfectly. It has saved me so much time. Whenever I have a question or during setup, they have been super responsive and able to solve the issue. I love Myworks.

“Don't know how I lived without it”Overall: I use it to sync WooCommerce users, orders and payments directly into QuickBooks Online. I used to have to do that manually.Pros: Toss up between: (1) the hours and hours it saves me so that I can focus on my actual business rather than bookkeeping, and (2) the unbelievable customer support.Cons: It's pretty complicated, but once I got the hang of it, I love it.Alternatives Considered: ZapierReasons for Choosing MyWorks Sync: It was the most powerful and I read great reviews on customer service.

“Good App and Great Support”Overall: Our primary problem was getting PayPal and Quickbooks (QBO) to talk to each other. Since each of their support groups work separately and will not integrated on a call, it was never clear if they actually could talk to each other. We discovered MyWorks Sync and gave it a try. Set up was extremely easy and we were able to sync PP/QBO data consistently. When we stumbled on a couple of issues after using it a few months, Customer Support was really stellar, which is not normally the case for these type of apps/plugins. They were very responsive and helpful, and always solved our problems.Pros: It did what it was supposed to do. It sounds obvious, but other apps I tried did not resemble their preview videos while this one did. For the 2 times where it was not working properly, Customer Support was extremely helpful and very responsive. And because the app is designed to recover and synch data that was missed, it was always easy t

It's a robust tool that delivers what is promised in an intelligible and efficient manner at a price both fair and significantly lower than the competition. I can, without hesitation, highly recommend MyWorks Sync to any e-commerce entity seeking a reliable and affordable way to streamline and automate their Woo Commerce/QuickBooks Online back-end processes.Pros: Once the MyWorks Sync plugin is properly configured, the integration and functionality between WooCommerce and Quick Books Online is seamless. “MyWorks Works!”Overall: There was a bit of a learning curve for me, but because of the great support team. After using the software for several months, I feel very comfortable and it's helped save me hours of entry work. A great option for anyone looking to automate their shopping cart, with their accounting software.Pros: This software does what I needed it to do. It saves me time, by automating the invoice entry and payment. Fast and knowledgeable support when needed.Cons: Set up takes quite a bit of time and you will likely need help to get it right. But after you get through it all, it's smooth sailing! This software is more suitable for non-b2b, because when a buyer enters their company name, it may not be the same as the company name in the accounting system. This means there ends up being multiple companies, rather than one company.

“MyWorks Sync is GREAT!”Overall: the customer support has been excellent from day one! every one is super helpful and has always helped answer any questions i had.Pros: i love that it pushes each order over to QB and batches them each night.Cons: currently the only think that isn't happening in the refunds dont show up in the batch deposit so i have to manually add them. not a huge deal, but only thing in can think of. =)
