This plug-in was almost to simple to install - I had to get them on the phone because I was certain there must of been more to it as far as setup..... There wasn't... Such a simple easy plug-in that does exactly what it says on the box. The service/support and backup is fantastic - GREAT JOB****PLEASE STOP SEARCHING AND WASTING YOUR TIME - THIS ONE WORKS****

I'm a QuickBooks Online accountant, and have been looking for a way to help my clients who use WooCommerce better manage their sales without spending so much of their and my time recording data that already exists.Scheduled a demo call with these folks last week, and right off the bat they were friendly, helpful and extremely understanding of my and my clients needs. They offered to set up a call/screenshare with one of my clients and me to get us up and running with this solution - and literally helped the client configure the plugin from start to finish in one sitting. Needless to say...I've recommended them to my other clients as well - based on their prompt support, amazing service and extremely reliable software! I checked out 3 or 4 of the WooCommerce to QBO plugins and decided to invest my time into this one. I paid for a substantial presale support so that I could gauge the plugin correctly and if it worked. I felt that $100-$150 to learn I was going down the wrong road was worth it. That time was well spent. Learned how the plugin worked, but most of all, learned that it DID work. And anyone who in involved with Woo and WP know that someone has to be actively updating their code or its all in vain. These guys are the real deal.

This plugin is exactly what I needed. My store and QB settings are quite complicated, so it was really important for me to have extensive control over what is synced, how it's synced, and when it's synced. This plugin provides so many optional controls and settings, that I was able to set it up exactly as I needed, and now I have all of my data syncing over perfectly. I never thought it would be possible to automate my data transfer, but thanks to this plugin I can - and I've saved so much time.

Just, WOW. The WooCommerce Automatic Sync for QuickBooks Online is the real deal. It literally lets me sync all of my data from Woo to QB, and from QB to Woo. It's amazing to me that as soon as a customer places an order on the site, it appears in QuickBooks immediately, without ANY effort required on my part. Everything is updated and synchronized without me having to even think about it.One thing to note is that this solution is an actual plugin, not a separate software, so it integrates and works just like any other Wordpress plugin or WooCommerce extension.100% recommended!

Finally...a WooCommerce Syncing solution that actually works without charging me a gazillion dollars to sync! The install literally took like 2 minutes, and it was very easy to configure because the whole control panel is right inside my WooCommerce admin. After that...it synced flawlessly. I love how the real-time sync works both ways, where I can update product inventory in QuickBooks Online and it updates right away in WooCommerce. This product totally takes care of all my syncing needs, and it's already helping out so much with accounting! Thanks guys, you have a customer for life!!

I was a little skeptical about this plugin at first because I've tried a few different sync softwares and none of them got the job done for me - I always had to go in and adjust data. I decided to try the MyWorks WooCommerce Sync since they offered a Free Trial. Once I got the settings mapped, all my data synced over perfectly! I was behind on my accounting so I chose to import a few months of past data. Now I have everything syncing, it's great!

My works Software integration into QB This was one of the simplest integrations i have had to do into QB and on my ecommerce site. The support was really fantastic and kept following up until we were 100% comfortable with what we were doing. Quick and easy and to the point. I have worked with many plugins into my ecommerce store and support can be quite iffy....

“Order entry timesaver”Overall: The benefit is in syncing orders. It doesn't come without work on the front end and continued tweaking. The price is double if you have QB desktop/or hosted by a cloud service vs QB on-line.Pros: We are saving time syncing orders placed on WooCommerce and synced to QB. We mapped each individual item and variation to accomplish this. Customer mapping is not a smooth process; we get duplicates frequently, which will require going back and mapping each individual customer with whom we already do business.Cons: Mapping has been time consuming as has the double checking of customer mapping. Customer service is limited to on line help. That is fine, as it is answered quickly, but for a business owner who wears many hats, I would much prefer the ability to speak to someone for 10 minutes to solve a problem, rather than having to go back and forth with very detailed emails that require extra time to compose and respond to.

“good product ”Overall: very good customer service and response to issues we encountered.Pros: The ease of use once set-up saved us loads of re-keying and errors in reporting.Cons: a bit of an issue to set-up especially as we use variations and it is constantly changing once organized it is working quite well. The postal code is still not coming in correctly by everything else is working well.Reasons for Choosing MyWorks Sync: it had the best reviews

“My works”Overall: Good. Outside of the partial refund synching ... worked as expected. You guys did have to right custom code to recognize orders on when they are ordered not paid.Pros: Mapping is intuitive. Don't have to pull csv files anymore.Cons: -Partial Refunds doesnt work at this point. - Connectivity. Takes about a 3-5 to port over each order. So if there are 6k orders ... take the whole day. -Reasons for Choosing MyWorks Sync: Only One cosidered.
