“GREAT SOFTWARE, SAVES A LOT OF TIME! INVALUABLE FOR ECOMMERCE STORE”Overall: We want to auto-sync online store orders with offline phone and physical store orders. This product worked great for that.Pros: Smooth installation, product sync and clear to use log files and dataCons: Occasionally after an upgrade when integrating with other software, things stop working quite correctly. For example, we had a gap in our invoices as we deleted all entries from 10 years ago and the software started overwriting the old invoice numbers but broke when it hit duplicate numbers.Reasons for Choosing MyWorks Sync: It was the best integration of linking an online store to Quickbooks.

“Excellent well priced sync for QBO-WooCommerce”Overall: We use MWS to synchronise products and orders between QuickBooks Online and WooCommerce, and it essential that we get new orders into QBO as quickly as possible. This plugin has done everything we have asked of it and more.Pros: I normally have an ideological aversion to order based pricing structures, but the pricing tiers are reasonable, and this plugin is so good and richly featured I think it is excellent value for money. The support team are great and nothing is too much trouble for them, and the MWS team are open to ideas to improve functionality, and come up with ideas for enhancements based on issues reported.Cons: Nothing really, but only intermittent issues. We have been having some issues get the inventory synchronisation working correctly in the past few months, but no issues before that, but to fair we have not yet identified whether these issues belong to us or MWS.Rea

“A bit costly, but better than other options”Overall: Generally we've been happy with the software. Like many software products, the help files are not particularly well written but at least they have them.Pros: The MyWorks team was helpful during the technical setup. The software has certainly sped up processing from our WooCommerce site and has been mostly reliable. They have been responsive to questions. Most of the time we get quick responses, though sometimes it has taken more than a day or to hear back which can be unsettling if we've run into issues.Cons: At least once every two weeks we have a sync issue involving a previous customer. We can work around the issue, but it's a pain. This relates to my least favorite part of the MyWorks platform - there is no phone support, just chat/support tickets which I find very indirect and slow. Occasionally there's an issue I'd like help with but don't bother to ask because I dislike the chat/ticket syst

Great so far!”Overall: So far it has been great and we really appreciate a lot of the changes for our specific retail/ e-commerce situation.Pros: I love the customer service. Anytime I have an issue I feel very comfortable reaching out and always am met with great answers. We were handling all stock manually previously so this helps much with keep inventories on.Cons: We have had a few glitches here and there. One includes a coding error within our QB that doesn't allow some inventories to be synced due to mapping error.

“Increased efficiency”Overall: Customer support has been great! [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] understood our relatively complex issues quickly and handled them fast. We sync the back office of WooCommerce with QBO. It has taken a while to get accurate transfer from the credit card order into a Sales Receipt. We have inventory bundles and we have added features like autoship so getting QBO to report information accurately has been a challenge.Pros: MyWorks helps to streamline the process between website orders and QuickBooks Online.Cons: How to sync information between WooCommerce and QuickBooks Online is not always intuitive.

“Great Product, Lots Of Unexpected Issues Due to Lack Of Knowledge”Overall: My customer is a wholesaler and needed a way to integrate their orders. It does this.Pros: What it does, it does well. We receive the invoices and thats the bottom line. Haven't found anything else quite as reliable or clean in terms of UI. But I think better support and breakdowns of functions would be huge, especially for the subcontractors like myself who recommend your product more than anyone else, but don't necessarily have an idea of how the quickbooks side functions or maybe even have access to it.Cons: We ran into a bunch of issues with the settings with mapping, and there wasn't anyone that I could easily speak to over the phone or instant chat that could help me clearly understand the settings. We kept having new users overwrite existing businesses in quickbooks with the user's name. As someone thats subcontracted, it makes me look very bad when I cant quickly make

“Perfect match with QBO”Overall: Fantastic. Great Value for the product!Pros: I really the way the product pushes over to QuickBooks Online. The process to sync the apps was easy and the customer service was terrific at helping me get set-up. It is also easy to navigate to in WordPress.Cons: Once in a while I have to manually push a few orders.Switched From: WebgilityReasons for Switching to MyWorks Sync: Did not need such a robust process. I like the simplicity of MyWorks Sync and the price!

“Quickbooks Enterprise Integration”Pros: I like that it frees up our time so we do not have to manually enter orders from the website into QB.Cons: There are some orders here and there that do not link in for whatever reason (small number), but still happens now and then and not sure why.

“Title”Overall: We're working, but with more manual intervention and manually syncing some product inventories.Pros: We used MyWorks so we could utilize WPLister and have eBay inventory sync to Woocommerce and our accounting system.Cons: It mostly worked with WPLister, but wouldn't take ebay orders and sync them to Quickbooks. So, we use Connex for that part directly from ebay. Also, the mapping is odd and glitchy. Even just selecting which option to map it dumps you several times in the process. Then, there are things it just won't map even when they are there and present in both the accounting and Woocommerce.

“Great syncing between QBO and WooCommerce”Pros: Accurate syncing between QBO and WooCommerce with products and inventory levels. A good software to Set and Forget... then maybe tweak every once in a while:)Cons: I ran into some errors concerning variable products, however, the team was able to help me fix those issues.Reasons for Choosing MyWorks Sync: It seemed like the best two way syncing solution from QBO to/from WooCommerce.

I have tested several solutions for syncronise my data to quickbooks. Only this one works. I found some minor problems when installing but the suport was very reactive and now every orders are synced.Only negative point: it is very expensive for a tiny enterprise, more than quickbooks plan ! Hope they will do effort on this.

“Easy for Startups”Overall: Started with the free version and had to bump up to the paid version with Transactions increasing. Customer Service was great.Pros: I like that it automatically syncs all my eCommerce Transactions into Quickbooks, Easy for me to reconcile and saves a lot of time.Cons: only a small number of transactions for the free version, Will have to upgrade

“It's probably us”Overall: There has definitely been a time saving benefit and o like the way it integrates with QuickBooks. I'm not sure we have got it fully set up correctly so find it a little confusing on that side, plus I can never work out why it errors or doesn't sync../Pros: I like the way I link quickbooks so all the payments go against customers and charges are automatically journaled into our accounts. That saves so much time!!Cons: I'm not sure if it's us or how our bookings system is set up on word press or how woo commerce deals with it but we require deposits and then final balance payments. This then causes an extra invoice to be raised for the final balance payment therefore not clearing off the balance of the original invoice. The trouble is we cannot process it all as sales receipts as we need to know who owes their final balances in QuickBooks

“Sync from Woo to QBO”Overall: Support has been fabulous. They have worked with us through and after a trial period to get everything set up as we needed. Anytime we have a syncing error they are super quick to respond and help find the reason for the error. The logs are also very helpful.Pros: It works seamlessly - once it is set up correctly - to send my orders directly to QBO with all inventory and customer information.Cons: It takes a little bit of time to make sure everything is going through correctly and can sometimes have a hiccup in mapping products or customers.

“The best solution for QBO integration”Overall: Support has been good, and MyWorks Soft is willing and able to do customizations to the Sync connector if you need tweaks.Pros: MyWorks Sync has many features for customizing your WooCommerce store integration with QuickBooks Online. You can synchronize almost everything: orders, items, even payment methods.Cons: It has a few bugs to work out; notably, if an invoice in QBO already exists there will be no warning and the order will be considered synchronized [note this is a beta feature under development at the time].

“Good Product, Expensive and Gradual to update”Overall: We are really grateful to have our Woocommerce and Quickbooks synced, and the the customer support answers quickly.Pros: The interface is nice, and once things are set up it runs smoothly.Cons: It's very expensive to get little modifications going. Also it seems to take a very long for updates. I was told that a fix for overwriting customer names would be 'part of the next update' several months ago, and we have seen several updates without this issue getting resolved.

It syncs well but cant set order numbers to keep it from conflicting with manual orders placed. The app seems to create random order numbers each time which makes book keeping more of an ordeal.
