We originally used MyWorks to sync with QuickBooks when we were on WooCommerce. When we initially switched to Shopify, MyWorks was not yet on that platform so I used another integration product. I am so happy that Shopify is now available for Shopify. I love that it utilizes the QuickBooks Web Connector. This seems to accelerate the download speed. Also the MyWorks mappings and settings all reside within Shopify which simplifies the mapping process. The MyWorks support team is top notch and helped me navigate a few set up challenges. MyWorks is a huge time saver for our business. Thank You!

We use the sync for Shopify and QB Desktop and it works great! It has greatly reduced my workload and it seems really reliable and easy to understand. Plus, they keep adding features that make it even better. Recently they added the ability for Shopify Collections to sync to QB Class which is useful in our operation. It handles the full transaction including fees for most payment methods we use so when we go to make the deposit we only have to match them to the payouts and the fees are all automatically entered.

For a while we tried syncing shopify with Quickbooks and have had a number of challenges. We tried other platforms and nothing seemed to work because it wasn't working properly or didn't have all the features we needed. So glad i found this app. We have had the best experience with the support team and the app has every corner covered. This is exactly what we needed and we recommend to everyone.

I would highly recommend this software for any online store. The integration was easy to set up and pretty intuitive. However, if you get stuck, their customer service team is very responsive and eaay to get in touch with. I appreciated that they got back to me quickly - generally within a couple hours of sending an email. I did the set up myself and then had an appointment to review my questions. The person I spoke with was patient and helpful. In the past, I've struggled with tech people having a heavy accent which can make communications very challenging. So I really appreciated a native English speaking person to talk to. (No shade to those that don't speak English as a first language, but it can make communication very tedious and frustrating!) We turned on all the automations that we wanted this week and it's working as expected. There's a learning curve if this is your first experience with an integration like this but the MyWorks team will definitely help you through it.

If you are wanting to sync your products and inventory between quick books desktop and shopify I highly recommend this app. The best part is the customer service team and how quick they are to reply/help.

First of all, MyWorks works great. I like it's manual push feature a lot so it quickly updates whatever invoice needs to be fixed. We had a problem where customer name not showing up as company name despite the {company name} settings, and through the meeting I had with Peter L. we were able to easily fix this issue. We been manually re-typing customer names on QBs because the information imported from Shopify wasn't correct, which messed up the whole discount rate because it was set up differently on QBs. Turned the settings on in MyWorks as Peter L. Advised, boom. Fixed! we never have to touch our invoice again. He was super helpful and quick to respond to any of my emails, also David A. forwarded what I've discussed with him so that Peter L. was aware of what's going on so I didn't even had to explain it all over again which saved so much time. Thank you both!

We used MyWorks Sync to connect our old WooCommerce website to QuickBooks. Now we use it for syncing our Shopify site to QuickBooks. Both experiences have been great! The app works as expected, and the customer support team is very responsive and helpful.

The MyWorks Sync app has been awesome. Automatically creating the receipt when we make a sale on our website has been a game changer. Recently we made an admin change to our Quickbooks and it stopped syncing. I reached out to MyWorks support and received a quick reply. With their help, everything was back up and running in no time.

I looked everywhere for an app that allowed me to move sales orders from Shopify and automatically turn them into invoices in QuickBooks online. This is the only app I tried that worked! I had a few issues migrating products but the tech support team was extremely responsive and very clearly walked me through how to fix the issues. I'm mainly writing this review due to how quickly the customer service team responded and how knowledgable they are. 5/5.

This app works perfectly in QuickBooks Desktop. Set-up easy and if you do have a question, the support is fabulous.
I was also happy how refunds transfer over into QuickBooks Desktop as well, and the payment types, for each reconciliation.
