“Exceptional functionality”Overall: MyWorks has seamlessly and flawlessly connected our WooCommerce store to QuickBooks Online.Pros: We've been using MyWorks Sync for over a year on WooCommerce and it's proven itself to be very reliable and unobtrusive. The sofwtare has every option our accountant could possibly want. Customer support is truly exceptional.Cons: Slow and somewhat tedious bulk sync functionality. Our store had been in operation for 3 years prior to discovering MyWorks Sync and there is no way of selecting more than 500 orders at a time to sync. Each order took roughly 6 seconds to sync so going through thousands of orders took a very long time and was a bit of a chore.

“woo-commerce QuickBooks sync”Pros: The in-depth capabilities to sync all my data from products, customers, sales, invoices all from woo-commerce to QuickBooks.Cons: It was very hard to figure out how to sync the tax appropriately so we could push our data over to QuickBooks . with the great customer service rep we had we were able to get it all synced and working properly now.

“MyWorks over oneSAAS or zappier”Overall: Simple to install, good documentation, works well and does what I need. This solution is better architected than the others.Pros: All of the problems I had trying to use Zappier or oneSAAS were not a problem with MyWorks. I needed to create a line item for California Tax in QuickBooks vs using the actual tax process because I did not want to maintain more than 500 different tax locations. Also the ability to properly parse Stripe payments into matching individual payments, including stripe fees is a huge time saver.Cons: Cost is a bit more than I wanted to pay. My store does a few hundred transactions per month and I would rather see a per transaction fee vs a 1000 plus fee.

I very much appreciated the ability of MyWorks Software to make adjustments to their software to suit my company's needs. Often commercial software vendors are unwilling to hear from their customers but MyWorks immediately took the time to understand my problem and create a solution at reasonable pricing. Worked the best of any QB/WP sync product we tried, has worked very well with minimal hassle, and any minor issues we ran in to (mostly caused by our mistakes) have been dealt with quickly with excellent customer service

We are a small business with a decent web presence and a lot of spunk. We needed to integrate our QBO accounting with our web site eCommerce store and researched a number of solutions. If you are too, stop and look no further! MyWorks integration is fast, easy to configure and use. Not to mention chocked full of features. The most impressive aspect of their service for us is their speed to assist. When we have questions or a challenge to overcome, they are ready willing and able to assist 24×7! Seriously, I’ve submitted tech inquiries at 11pm in the evening EDT and they are on it within a very short period of time. Never has their product had an issue. It was either something on the QBO side or an interface from our web site.Great Product. Great People. Great Price!

This plugin is absolutely the best solution hands down to syncing up your site to QuickBooks. The time it saves you and or your accountant is well worth it. The support is perfect. Peter took the time to understand your operation and processes and helped you in the set-up to best serve your needs. You will never have any better service from any other software company. They walk you through the set-up from start to finish. If you have a question they take the time to answer it. If they do not understand the question, you are able to show them with screen share. If you have not picked out a plugin or even if you do have one, get or switch to MyWorks Sync.

Myworks sync for quickbooks desktop has made my life so much easier. We have 1200 products and get a lot of online orders so i'm no longer a slave to updating inventory and invoicing. There's more time to focus on selling! Also Peter and Sol were very helpful in the setup and answer any questions!
