They present the CRE offerings in a very straight forward manner, explaining the strategy, valuation and expected returns. I feel confident in their ability to deliver superior risk-adjusted returns and help me meet my financial goals.

    FNRP is a top notch organization.Chris and Anthony are always available to take my call whenever I have a question and are happy to provide whatever information I ever need. I feel very comfortable with their model of pursuing value-add service-oriented shopping centers. I really like their conservative nature and how much debt they're willing to take on. I like their passion for building value into the deal on the buy. I really appreciate their diligence and commitment to long-term value and not being tempted to make short-sighted decisions to improve cash results in the near-term. They stick to their guns and hold to their values. I just feel really comfortable with my investments with them and look forward to a long and prosperous business relationship with them.

    I have known FNRP for only about a year, so my experience is not extensive. I have done one property investment so far. It is working out well. I have received the distributions timely and at the stated rate. I have learned quite a bit about REIT investing from Tony's letters. The experience has been great to date. My understanding is that the big money is made on the sale.
