    I've invested in a couple of their retail projects and have seen the quarterly dividends come in. They have a good handle on what they are going after and consistently are bringing in quality properties. I've worked in the retail real estate industry for 15 years so I felt comfortable understanding their retail and shopping center opportunities. I will continue to invest with them as opportunities come up.
