FNRP is a great way to participate in real estate and diversify your overall investments. Anthony and Chris are very accessible and they are willing to spend the necessary time to answer questions and explain the projects. FNRP does an outstanding job educating the partners and communicating everything that is happening. In addition, their Investor Portal provides a complete record of all your deals, including documents, distributions, tax information, and a wealth of data on each project.

A couple of year ago, when first seeing FNRP Commercial properties on my emails from Chris & Anthony, I was impressed and concerned how good they looked from a financial standpoint and were they for real. I had been looking for similar properties, but unable to find them, and after seeing more good properties from them, I decided to invest on a small basis. After meeting with them in NJ, I found they were very easy to work with, and felt they were sincere, knowledgeable, and honest. They answered all my concerns at the time and have always returned my calls and emails, in a very short period of time. Since then, I have participated in 7 of their Commercial centers and have received my share of the cash flow each quarter at the end of each quarter, and am anticipating with the lease improvements in the various centers to ultimately see some equity returns in a few years. But in no hurry, as I am very pleased with the cash on cash returns with what I believe to be reasonably low risk in the world of Real Estate. This is a top notch organization I own a lot of real estate these guys get great deals that the general public never see's. There ability to re-negotiate and extend exiting leases is great for all there partners.
