I truly feel comfortable investing which is not something I have come across often in all my years in real estate.

    I wish instead of constantly being asked to send money from the moment I subscribe, that you would be forthcoming with the proposed closing date so that I don't send the funds prematurely and even more importantly that I plan properly so that I don't fail to meet the deadline.
