Anthony and Chris have found excellent properties with good tenant profiles and most importantly demonstrated the ability to buy these properties at a very attractive price. They are willing to walk away if the price doesn’t meet their return threshold. Post closing , they do a good job of renegotiating leases and service contracts. I am very pleased with the portfolio they have assembled and recommend them without reservation.

Talking with Tony Grosso was a key for me getting comfortable with investing with FNR. Tony (not a hired salesman) spoke with me several times before I invested. Knowing he is a principal officer of FNR helped. Also listing to his voice and the type of comments he made, I felt and interrupted sincerity in his comments. I am not a great judge of people, but his presentation was believable. There was no wild returns presented. This investment would be somewhat steady and long term. It was a big step for me to invest with FNR (even my small amount), another key factor for me. Thus far all the events, payouts and reports are adding up. FNR seem to have a niche that is working. It takes time (that is the returns) for the comfort level to increase. Remember this is an investment that can have its up and downs too. I am happy to give 4 stars for FNR, the fifth star come when the final return/payout is completed.

So, got introduced to these folks looking into the concept with another investment. Was impressed with the level of info they provided. Started an investment last summer that was quite promising. Certain disappointment when they didn’t proceed and then didn’t provide much info or dialogue about whys and therefores of pulling out. However, got intrigued with the Cullman Center and started the wheels, it was a short window and i had some multiple money movements to secure my piece. The staff (especially Simone) was excellent in walking me thru and ensuring the proper docs got to the appropriate places in a timely manner. Now, we wait and see how this unfolds…
