I’m am just getting into cycling for the first time. I haven’t ridden a bike in 20 years. I’m also a very BIG guy that needs a strong bike to withstand my weight loss journey. I have worked with two great people at this location. Halbert P. Was great in helping finding the best size bike for me. He also helped by emailing back and forth as I had many questions. I bought a bike from trek.com (red barn pre-owned) and he was very helpful even though it wasn’t from his location. I then brought the bike in to get looked at and John B. Was a pleasure to work with. He checked the bike to ensure I assembled everything correctly, answered some mechanical questions I had, and even helped me pick out a helmet and accessories. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I look forward to working with this location and staff for years to come. Thank you all.

The staff is incredible and experienced. Even before making a purchase, they were willing to help and answer questions. Once I bought a bike that they helped me decide on, I got more than what I paid for with great service and amenities. The employees are experienced cyclists too, so they know what they are talking about. They will give you tips on riding and maintaining your bike. I have been telling people about them because they are excellent.

John Brown provided excellent customer service, answered all my questions, and did not try to upsell me on unneeded products when I brought a 30-yr old Trek 800 in for service. He was very professional, personable, and the bike was ready when promised. Great experience!
