Great service, high quality protects, it really met all my needs. Wanted to get on a bike after 5 year hiatus. My last bike was 15 years old so I wasn’t sure where to start. The employees were knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed to genuinely care. I left a very happy customer and I’ve already gotten several miles logged on my new bike!

I only paid for a couple of new tires, but staff threw in a ton of free-of-charge preventative maintenance to make the tires last as long as possible for me and offered me advice on how to take care of my REALLY old bike. Awesome service.

If you hate being sold things you don’t want, consider this bike shop. Steven and Brian are amazing—they listen, guide, teach, explain, answer your questions, and truly take care of you and your bike. I usually shop online to avoid interacting with people, but I’m so glad I found this place. Most businesses have lost the human touch, but these guys excel at what they do. Thank you, and keep being awesome!

Awesome customer service. I highly recommend them for all your bicycle needs. I had a tricycle that I needed repairs on and help putting back together. These guys went above and beyond helping me get it fixed so I could give to my grandson! Extremely friendly and helpful.

Stopped by Trek Murfreesboro today to see if someone could "show" me how to adjust the fender on my E-bike since it was rubbing and I had no way to transport it over to the shop to be adjusted. Better than showing me, an employee came over to my home (since I live really close by ) and made the quick repair and showed me how to adjust in the future if it were to happen again. I can't say enough good words about the people in this shop and how seriously they take "giving good customer support"!

A big thank you to Brian Steve and TK for their dedication to us customers that deal with them. Recently I had a small issue with the trek corporation Brian took this into his hands and got the issue resolved. He could have let the problem go and went along with trek’s answers but he didn’t. Brian knows the meaning of customer loyalty even if you have only purchased a tube. Customer loyalty has lost its meaning to a lot of business but not for Brian. I will always support trek of Murfreesboro or only for their loyalty but for their great service on bikes
