Every morning I add a few drops of this into a cup of black tea. I also add a few drops in the afternoon to a smoothie. My skin has improved, my hair is lovely and in great condition. I have more energy, and after a work out i am not aching. This product really works for me, and I will continue with it. I highly recommend it.

I put 7-8 drops in an entire glass of water. The boost it gives me is so amazing that it changes my mood and gives me the energy I need to tackle my day.
