Jack (the store manager) is awesome! He took the time to help me set up my Checkpoint with a new adjustable stem, and adjusted my seat for me. He also cleaned my brakes. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help his customers. I watched him help a father get a new bike for his daughter - he has a great way with people. This was a Sunday - he is there all weekend with a smile on his face. Thanks Jack!

I ordered a bike online for in store pick up. Super simple process. Friendly and helpful staff who made suggestion, applied a bike stand and walked the bike to my vehicle and loaded it. Will be back for service as needed.
