Jack (the store manager) is awesome! He took the time to help me set up my Checkpoint with a new adjustable stem, and adjusted my seat for me. He also cleaned my brakes. He is very knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help his customers. I watched him help a father get a new bike for his daughter - he has a great way with people. This was a Sunday - he is there all weekend with a smile on his face. Thanks Jack!

I ordered a bike online for in store pick up. Super simple process. Friendly and helpful staff who made suggestion, applied a bike stand and walked the bike to my vehicle and loaded it. Will be back for service as needed.

Great facility and people. I went in to browse. Was greeted by a very knowledgeable. enthusiastic staff who went out of their way to answer all of my questions and made me feel welcomed whether I was going to purchase a bicycle or not. 2 weeks later after many visits I purchased a Trek Domane SL7 AXS and could not be happier. Also - about $1,000 in additional purchases for other bicycles I own and miscellaneous equipment. These folks really care about your experience while in their facility as well as when you leave and eventually return. Great operation there at Peter's Township Trek.

Very good with repairs very quick and timely and don't over charge you for things not needed. Has a family vibe they see you coming with a bike they hold the door just overall great experiance. Highly recommend.
