I'm not often moved to write a Google Review, but this must be said ...I have just made an investment in a new 2025 Trek Madone SL7 Gen 8 and Peter and his team could not have been more helpful with the purchase. Not only that, there were two add-on's I ordered and, as they were not in stock (given the new model type), Peter sorted me out with temporary loan on similar parts to get me up and going. Above and beyond! And Peter, I really appreciate you taking the time for an after sales care call to check in on me and the new bike.

Have just purchased a Roscoe 8 (M/L) for my youngest son. Really grateful to Pete who handled the sale, advised on stock levels, etc and gave really good advice on the bike. He knew all about its components and how it compared with other makes and models too. Two hour turn around time for a tune up, 120 bucks, didn't realise how much my bike needed it until I rode off. Guys at the counter were great. If there was a nicer cafe nearby to kill some time at, would have been better, but you can't win them all.

Had an enjoyable experience choosing my e-bike at trek Myaree. I wanted a lightweight with power assist. I test rode some in the shop but if wanted I could have gone outside and tested I needed a bike and frame size from another store and this was dealt with very quickly. I did have a run on the bike outside when it came and was pleased with the information that was provided by the staff there. The young lad that served me was keen and knowledgeable. In fact all the staff were friendly and I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into anything.
