Very poor customer service... Was left standing to wait to pay for items for quite sometime whilst staff members debated about another customers refund. Left the store after waiting to be served for an unacceptable period.

Booked in a level two service which includes a clean.
Went in to pick it up and was rung up $30 for a derailleur adjustment.
I asked about the service and after an unconvincing dialogue I was charged $120 for the level one service. I'm not convinced that was even done.
The level two service certainly wasn't done as my bike and parts were still covered in grease and grime.
What's the point of a booking and advising what you want, two weeks in advance no less, only to have it completely disregarded.

Very bad service. flat tyres, clogged valve, and filthy gears, obviously not cleaned properly. Guys you need to read this and clean up your act!

Supposed to be an easy sales service
( a purchase of a road bike tyre with a specific brand and size) during Boxing Day, the store wasn’t so busy, just before 15min of the shop close.
The sales representative came to me asking to go to front desk to pay while I was still looking on different bikes tyres sizes.
I asked them to support me in finding what I need, but seems that they were not in the mood and didn’t provide any useful advise. I was in my way to spend few hundreds, but seems they were not in a mood to talk to the customers at that time .

Walked in to buy an electric bike, the guy was very disinterested and halfway through said he needed to take a phone call. He walked off, took a phone call and then went and served other customers. I waited around until another person came and asked me if I was ok, I said I was still waiting on the first guy, he went to check with the first guy, I heard the first guy give a lame excuse to the second guy and so I decided to leave. Drove to another bike shop, got great service and dropped $7k for a bike there. Pretty poor effort and I hope the owner can sort his guys out cause their laziness is costing him - we got to buy 3 more bikes for the rest of the family and we aren’t going to be shopping here again.

Spent over 3k on bikes, helmets and a trailer. Got home, realised one bike doesn't have a stand.. called to enquire where the stand was and am told I have to pay for it... Seriously. In the shop it had a stand!
Purchased the accessories, finally need to pump up the tyres and the pump can be used on one bike not the other. Absolute joke. They were not helpful the day we purchased the bikes. We were too eager and gave them our business. I would steer clear from this bike store. Very poor customer service and the headaches continue.

Why do you need to book! Never in my life i had to book. As if they were busy!!! They rather talk to eachother behind the computer doing sweet nothin for 20 to 25 per hr. Its like they didnt even want to serve you. GOod luck keeping that place up and running! (Bunch of bludgers)

I went in to purchase some brake cable and was met with rudeness and discrimination.
The man who served me made fun of me with his colleague when I was standing right there, treating me as if I knew nothing about bikes, like I was stupid.
I walked away advising them that their behaviour was rude and unnecessary.
I will not be returning.
