Simply fantastic customer service by Travis at Trek, Myaree.After two battery door failures on my HRM (design fault IMHO), Travis both pursued the distributor and kept me closely informed of (warranty) replacement progress.It was great to see such level of attention and although the process took a bit longer than expected, I was happy to be patient knowing Travis was onto a solution.Excellent!!

Have a Trek Fuel Ex 8 2021 and been riding it for a year. Had the free service done early on but after putting through a fair amount of riding by the end of the year I felt the bike needed a proper service (besides just degrease and clean I usually do) but was hesitant to spend the money. Booked in for the level 2 service and couldn't be happier, bike is looking and feeling great. They put some kind of a frame cleaner and it looks new! Travis did an excellent job and gave me a thorough run through everything he did including regreasing my pivot threads which were bone dry after the winter rides.
