Every time I ring up or go in store I’m increasingly happy with the level of service, knowledge and friendly, welcoming nature of EVERY single employee here. From mechanic through to manager - I cannot fault these guys!
Great prices, a massive range of bikes and gear, even the general ambience of the shop is bright and exciting.
As a newbie to mtb, Im not made to feel silly even though I had a hundred questions. These guys are all too happy to chat and share their personal experiences using certain types of equipment and keep you ‘on track’ to an enjoyable ride.

There are plenty of good bike shop around, but every time I've been to TBE Myaree the experience has felt great. Connor and his team always go above and beyond. My example is that I had a small crash on Saturday morning and on my way home I had issues with my gears changing. I took it in about 1:30pm that afternoon and was told they'll do their best to at least let me know what the problem was by closing time. Trev the mechanic found the problem. During my crash I knocked out a clip that helped change the gears. Now here's what impressed me the most. Trev took a clip from one of TBE's brand new bikes, took photos of it and sent them to me. He said if could find the clip (long shot) that the repair would be simple and quick. Long story short I found the clip and my bike was fixed and back on the road by 4:30 that same afternoon, the cost? $15 total.
