Great service from Phil. Non pushy sales approach, while genuinely interested in helping customers. Very knowledgeable. Couldn't have been happier with the service, except maybe if he shaved my legs for me. I'm sure he would have if I'd asked though. Cheers, I'll be back for sure.

The whole team at TBE on Leach Hwy are great. They helped me purchase a new bike and everytime I return the team are friendly and helpful. My bike servicinig has also been great. They review the bike and provide a quote first.

My Local TBE seem to have the best selection of bikes. I wanted an ebike went to some other Giant dealerships and none of them had any stock doesn't figure to me. Any how ordered the bike late one night online they had it ready for me the next day. Great the bike is awesome so far. That said I think that some of the shop floor staff could do with some further training. Not the best of service being ignored left standing around. Thing is the bicycle industry has got it quite good at the moment lots of people buying bikes, and E bikes aren't cheap some of the staff are not very knowledgeable on E bikes either.

Extremely rude. Just purchased a new Trek bike. Great bike but the store Manager was quite rude on the day of collection. Also had a phone call from someone from there a week before that who was also quite rude. Disappointing considering I just spent $2500 with them. Young lad her served was very nice though.

Extremely rude and condescending. I spoke directly with the man in the repairs section of the store. I needed a flat fixed, and it turned out there were several other problems with the bike as well. I appreciated being informed about the severity of some of the issues, but the way it was communicated came across very judgmental and curt. It isn't even that I was opposed to the repairs, but the way he communicated it felt like he genuinely didn't want to do business with me, as if I was beneath him for letting my bike be in such disrepair. I went to another, smaller, bike shop nearby, and they identified (and are now addressing) the same issues. The difference is they treated me like a human being, with basic dignity and respect.

I came into the store for a comprehensive service on my bike before going on a big tour overseas. While they did a lot of things to it like exchanging the chain, gear cables, etc I felt the humanity of the service was missing. I felt like just another customer to squeeze money out. And no mention of a 24hr service. It took a day to get a call for the assessment. Then it was a 10 day wait for spare parts. No bike rental as advertised either, not even offered. No notification when it was done. I had to call and inquire. Then I was handed the bike and bill of $420. No explanation. I had to go through the bill what it meant and what got done. After riding a few km I noticed that the gears were jumping and went into a different store where they fixed the gearing and also noticed that a few of the gears weren’t accessible. While the other mechanic did what he could and explained that it was probably due to a fault in the bottom bracket thread, I wish I got that explanation from the original mechanic instead of getting it handed out without any explanation. To make things worse, today one of my new pedals for which I paid $50 just fell apart because of its cheap materials and production - after only three days of riding!! A rather disappointing experience with this store. If I hadn’t left the country already, I would not go back here.
