ALINK Insurance was recommended to me by my brother in-law. I had a sharp premium increase with my previous insurance carrier and the service there was not like it once was. Isela helped me navigate my way into a better policy at a lower cost and also go through a difficult transition from the other company. They were very slow to respond to requests we gave them; they no longer have an office all is done by phone or online. Isela persisted until we got things in order. In my opinion she has gone above and beyond from our initial meeting until we signed the policy. Very pleasant, professional and focused service. A great employee. I would highly recommend her and ALINK to anyone searching the insurance market.
