Megan with ALINK proactively outreached us when my father's homeowners insurance carrier stopped doing business in Colorado. She was quite thorough in explaining the possible challenges and limitations in "starting over" with a new insurance carrier, answered our questions. and was extremely efficient in facilitating connecting him to a new provider. Megan has been consistently responsive, and expediently gave us information about potential new carriers while making no attempts to influence my dad's decision. The process has been seamless. I can't say 'painless,' as insurance shopping is always a little uncomfortable, but the transition has certainly proceeded with no hiccups at all. And we are especially grateful to have had someone get the ball rolling for us in such a professional and thorough manner.

I would like to recognize Star Bryant for her excellent work! I am the treasurer for the League of Women Voters of Larimer County and have frequently had to ask for insurance certificates for various events. To say that Star responds in a reasonable time is a gross understatement! I recently told our board that I had made a request and would report back to them. I should have checked my inbox before sending the email as the certificate had already arrived!!
In this day and age customer service is almost an oxymoron but Star sets a high bar that I wish other organizations would emulate!
