I had the pleasure of working with Hayley on lowering my auto insurance renewal premium. We initiated a review of my policy with my current insurer and Hayley also found me a substantially lower quote from another insurance company which would have saved me $1700 for the annual premium cost. In the end, I stayed with my current insurer who ended up reducing my annual premium so that I saved $1900. A big, big thanks to Hayley for all her work and saving me a nice chunk of money.

ALINK Insurance was recommended to me by my brother in-law. I had a sharp premium increase with my previous insurance carrier and the service there was not like it once was. Isela helped me navigate my way into a better policy at a lower cost and also go through a difficult transition from the other company. They were very slow to respond to requests we gave them; they no longer have an office all is done by phone or online. Isela persisted until we got things in order. In my opinion she has gone above and beyond from our initial meeting until we signed the policy. Very pleasant, professional and focused service. A great employee.
