Our insurance company would not renew our homeowner's policy because of a property loss claim, preceded by hail losses 3 years in a row. We had 1 month to arrange for other insurance before policy expired. The ALINK Group's agent, Isela, recognized the anxiety in my voice when I talked to her on a Monday. She began working on finding us another insurance company right away, even stayed up late at night. Obviously, being a non standard client, it was important to have an agent that could furnish quotes from multiple companies. On the 3rd day, she called us with a quote. We felt very confident in her experience and knowledge to guide us through the options. Much to our relief, we now have a policy. Many thanks to the competent agent, Isela, @ ALINK.
