Nikki with ALink has been awesome. She has worked with me and our very frustrating financial situation. I know that insurance is crucial especially when you are a nonprofit and working with Youth and I knew I did not want to let my insurance lapse. Lapsing would have been detrimental to my entire organization because we are school-based. I think Nikki understood that and was like we are not going to let you fail. She was able to work with other decision-makers to allow us some flexibility. I am so appreciative of the professionalism and exemplary customer service, that she provided to us. And if they will still have us, we will continue to be a customer.
