Megan helped me understand the differences between two quotes by listening patiently to my question and she allowed me to ask more questions. When I finally understood what everything meant in both homeowners and auto insurance, she allowed me to choose the level of deductible that seems appropriate. We received many home insurance quotes but we went with Kody because he took the time to explain our quote and even go over competitor quotes with us. He was kind and super knowledgeable. He took about 2 hours on the phone after hours to explain every detail of the policy so we knew exactly what we were getting into and what we were covered for without making us feel rushed.
