I met Bill Syddall, the President of ALINK several month ago in a CE Class, he instructed for Real Estate agents and Real Estate Brokers. Bill is a great Instructor and the class was informative and educational and no sales pitch. As I received my Insurance renewal I decided to look up ALINK Insurance. Without an appointment I walked in, to get information regarding my policies. Megan Hahn introduced herself and took the time to listen and looked over my new deck sheets. Megan was very attentive professional caring and understanding. She listened to my needs and gave me professional advice. I appreciated the fact she respected my time and took care of my needs right then and there. Without a sales pitch and pressure, just honesty and integrate for my Insurance needs. A friend of mine recommend that I reached out to Stephanie Stavri at Alink Insurance to meet all my insurance needs reluctantly I did because I had been a loyal customer with Ameriprise through my Costco membership for over 15 yrs. Surprisingly the quote was an immediate monthly savings for better coverage. Within days of switching coverage my home was severely hit with hail damage. We were covered and Stephanie was super helpful throughout the entire process. When starting my new policy Stephanie had gone over that coverage in detail and so thankful to have such a caring agent working for us. Switching immediately to Alink initially was for cost savings however the best part of switching ended up being the outstanding coverage and the above and beyond customer services/support that I had received from
