I had just purchased an existing burger and pizza restaurant after 15 years of working for the cable company. I wanted to do something different besides Telecom. Due to the lack of experience I had of actually running a restaurant, the other multi-billion dollar well known big companies did not want to insure me without 3 years of prior experience of doing so. I looked around and found Alink insurance services, and they had no problem insuring me with the level of protection for my business, both property and liquor liability insurance that was needed. The service was fast and friendly as well

When it came time to renew my auto policy, which I was going to do anyway, an agent called me and informed me of another cheaper policy and so saved me money on my premiums. I feel the agent was on the job and proactive on my behalf.

I appreciate the fact that ALINK is an independent insurance agency and offers me choices and it is a relief for me to know that I can easily change coverage to a different insurance company without having to switch to another insurance agency. I am very pleased that ALINK was able to save me several hundred dollars overall on my home and auto insurance. Customer service was great ... the agent serving me answered my questions and responded quickly with a quote. He promptly set me up to access my policies on the internet on the insurance company's website.
I much prefer doing business with someone I know and completely trust. I personally know the President of ALINK Insurance Services, Bill Syddall, and completely trust him.
