Alink Insurance Services has great customer service because they're local here in Colorado and they know their customers. Our representative is the same year after year. She knows our family and gets the best deals for us depending on our situation. She contacts us when a change is coming, like when my son was getting his driver's permit. She reminded us six months later to see if it was time to add him to the policy. It was! He'd passed his driver's test the day before. She got him all the discounts available and put an additional follow up reminder in her system for when he leaves the country on a two year mission for our faith in October. This friendly, personalized attention to our family circumstances makes a difference for us. In a corporate insurance world, Alink is local.
